Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 200 g Petit-Beurre cookies

  • 100 g powdered sugar

  • 125 g butter

  • 50 g cocoa or chocolate powder

  • 50 ml spiced rum (or adjust according to taste)

  • 50 g desiccated coconut + some more for decoration

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.

  2. Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll it with your hands to form a ball.

  3. Coat the ball with desiccated coconut.

  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have used up all the dough.

  5. Transfer the balls to an airtight storage container until you are ready to serve them.
