Rum Balls
Rum balls are a popular holiday treat in Slovenia. The recipes vary slightly from family to family, but they all include chocolate and rum.

Ingredients
200 g Petit-Beurre cookies
100 g powdered sugar
125 g butter
50 g cocoa or chocolate powder
50 ml spiced rum (or adjust according to taste)
50 g desiccated coconut + some more for decoration
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll it with your hands to form a ball.
Coat the ball with desiccated coconut.
Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have used up all the dough.
Transfer the balls to an airtight storage container until you are ready to serve them.
